Having had first hand experience with Pluto transits, what I can offer is this;
In observing your natal chart, see what aspects are involved regarding other bodies - planets, severity of angles, etc. - and the signs involved. Starting with the most intense angles and working outward. Start with Pluto placement and the sign, Aquarius, and what they signify, then same with the moon, etc..
Best to focus on the positive aspects of those elements but try to understand the negative as well.
Pluto, being an outer planet, has a global effect as well as deep structure personal psyche, the moon is more like your subconscious connection on the daily planet level. This means you are being shown that you might want to take a look at your inner self and recognize that you can redirect if you are so inclined. This would include your belief system and how you apply it in the mundane world. Your subconscious thoughts and the things you don't do or say after contemplation - those kinds of things will be involved in this process... that's where the aspects of other planets, etc. come into play.
The effect may not be so subtle so be prepared for rude awakenings that require some deep reflection with regard to your personal life but also how you work though the challenges within yourself and what you believe. You may choose a different set of beliefs that help you along your path after lessons learned - of one sort or another.
As I mentioned, focus on the positive aspects of Pluto and the signs... Pluto can get pretty dark so it's best to avoid that direction and seek out better ways to work through the "jungle".

That's all I could tell you here.
