…with the technology and manpower available at the time. That they were left over from a previous civilization. Also that there’s some sort of coverup going on because the powers that be don’t want us to know about it.

I’m not sure whether he himself believes what he’s suggesting or he’s just trying to rope in as many suckers as he can.
