but Gallatin Gateway, Montana is west of the western border of Wyoming so it isn't one of those things where it is just across the border in the next state. It appears the Noem has gone to the donation well in South Dakota to the point of it being tapped out so she had to shift to another state and the big dollar signs are in Montana.
