So a Google search shows that you can buy a thin aluminum rod covered by foam rubber painted to look like rebar for magic acts and strongman shows. Even Amazon and eBay sell them. Example here. I am certain that's what's being used in the video. That said, once you understand it's a prop that can easily be bent by a small child, you really have to admire her acting. "NNNNNNNNNNNNGH!" -- she does a great job! 😄
