Does Hillary have any legal recourse? [View all]

Can she sue comey and the FBI for obviously in part costing her the election? I mean nothing is really guaranteed in life but it seems like comey's actions were to deliberately cost her the election, especially considering that he sat on the Russian hacking thing.
It's obvious that the repukes won't do anything about it, so Hillary may have to do it herself.
