Tainted addresses difficult to find? Really? The fact you think that it's difficult to compromise and proxy off "addresses" is hilarious as well as the simple substitution of Cryillic characters. Nation/state hacking departments have some of the brightest people on the planet working for them. The character substitution is trivial and again does not prove anything conclusively. I would expect nothing less given the sophistication of prior nation/state attacks and it would also be expected if someone had used Russian malware (which anyone can download freely on the web). I would stick to whatever it is you do, because you obviously know nothing about computers.
