I do not believe there will be any real fallout from this. In fact, I believe that they will ask for more bailouts in a few years. They wil keep doing it til the pyramid collapses. That is why they have militarized our police forces; to handle the inevitable protests. The US will be the last place to have "rubber bullets and teargas" protests, because the population is subdued quite nicely by corporate media.
