I got the Query error twice when posting in MIRT, however they finally appeared...so it was just a delay.
However I did get one when I alerted on a post:
Query failed: INSERT INTO ip_log VALUES (NULL, '293052', '2601:190:580
2c0:a4c9:d67:32c0:6aca', 'alert', '1187', '70572', NOW() )
That one, I have no clue if it went through, when I refreshed my alert was not recognized and the menu came back up again to select an alert. I let it be.
