10. The wonderful "ignore" tool at DU is your friend. You can block everything, including PMs for anyone you wish.

I use it frequently, but curate it very occasionally, every few years, to see if blocked posters have gone away, as some of them have, particularly to remove them from blocked jury members.

You're a wonderful person who almost everyone here enjoys, and as for the dissidents on this impression, don't let them get you down. Just ignore them. We do have cranks - and I'm sure there are people who include me as a crank - but I wouldn't worry about it.
