25. in WV the polls lean in SMC's favor

The latest CBS/NY Times poll of likely voters has SMC with a 51-43 lead over Tennant. Two years after Sen. Joe Manchin's landslide victory in the 2012 election, despite WV's electoral votes going to Romney. WV must have lots of cross-ticket voters who vote Republicans for president, Democrats for statewide office.
