It only happens to original PMs in DU4 and only from the Windows 11 machine. The iPod Touch works as expected.

I am sent back to the "Send DU mail to..." etc. screen.

I am using my DU4 Sent Mail page. The messages sent from the Windows 11 laptop in DU4 are not there. The recipient does not receive them.
