Yes, many people will be hurt by a government shutdown. But that's the least of the problems we face with this new regime. Americans need to see what they voted for. No more playing the adults in the room. It was foolish ever to try to protect Americans from seeing just how bad Republicans are. This pain is necessary.

And now they are talking about Speaker Elon Musk. Bring that on, please. Let's see how Musk does with a 2-vote margin in the House. Let's see him line up every MAGA Republican behind ANY bill. Hell, I doubt that they could agree on naming a post office in Whchita.
