I believe Congress and D.C. would fear a repeat of January 6, 2021, if not worse.

The hoards would be outraged that their chosen Leader was taken away from them -- FOR A SECOND TIME.

While the procedure may be constitutional and legal, they wouldn't care. And imagine Trump whipping them up for unimaginable anarchy and revolution.

No, I believe if Congress did this, the Constitution would simultaneously die.

And that's why I don't believe Congress would do this.
