We're in the minority, so he doesn't need any votes from Democrats to be confirmed as long as all the Republicans get in line.

After seeing Senators Duckworth, Kaine, and Warren (one of them on each of the 3 MSNBC shows I watched tonight) each talk about this nomination and their role in the hearing, I'm quite convinced that Pigseth will get zero votes from Democrats.
