Is there an idea of a plan for a way forward to get TikTok out of peoples' lives?

A ban on something without enforcement isn't a ban. Not an effective one anyway.

But while we are cracking down on intrusive web stuff from bad actors, there is a few social media platforms that fit the same description and need to go off air as well.
I've seen some mind bending, abusive and intrusive stuff, but that wasn't on TikTok.

Just shut down the whole internet and make people communicate like before - you know, serious topics only, phone calls, writing letters.
Get the kids off their addictive computer team activity games and make them go out and do something useful, like shovelling snow or walking the dog.
