Is a new federal suit against the Trump administration on the horizon, as the Treasury Secretary illegally gave Elon Musk direct access to the Bureau of Fiscal Services, which is responsible for collecting 5 Trillion in tax revenue, and sending out all of the checks and payments for government entitlement programs, like Medicare and Medicaid and Social Security and Disability, and food stamps etc.
This end run around the current Federal court orders calling Trump's freeze on all US spending in violation of Congress' orders, will end up in courts soon as violation of the Constitution. Michael Popok breaks it down. - 02/03/2025.
