The dumbest people started screeching about Hamas and condoms because Donald Trump said it.
Pathetic that someone in the Trump administration couldn't figure out the difference between Gaza in Palestine and the Gaza province in Mozambique.
There's also no mention of condoms in the grant to the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation.
