None of that will happen as money for them will have to come from the House and the rethug margin is wafer thin and to get anything passed, Speaker Johnson will have to go to Minority Leader Jeffries hat in hand to get any sppropriations bill passed.

It's highly unlikely that every rethug, especially those in purple districts will vote for trump's imperialistic ambitions. And it's also highly unlikely Rep. Jeffries will side with thos same imperialistic ambitions and let any of that pass. So yelling and screaming "where are the Democrats, why don't they do something", seems to indicate some don't know how federal funding works.
