2. Quotas.....my gawd!

We are becoming a police state, and at some point, no one will be safe. Building new prisons will be a booming industry, once other countries decline to take new prisoners. Even American citizens will will have no due process.

Think it can't happen here? If you're not paranoid, you're not paying attention.
