Honestly, this is probably a better decision than anything he did in his first term or likely will do in his 2nd. I'm not saying he deserves any special credit for it, but it is ultimately probably a good idea for all involved.

The "Big Pussy" (reference to Sopranos) doesn't do anything where he cannot get more attention that the weather.

Hell, Danny Quayle was more of a Jack Kennedy than the Convict, and the Senator was no Jack Kennedy.

Of course JFK way younger. He also lived in Boston, a usually colder climate than NYC, let alone DC.More used to it.
