Why didn't they go after the dad instead?

Here's the deal....They know that taking legal action against an 11 year old for a video would go nowhere legally. So, why not go after the dad? Well, there would probably legal issues that the father could raise and the case would likely be dismissed. They also would have to release the dad's name. And the video would be leaked etc etc. Everything would all come out........

So, this is a case of: "Let's make an example of". They knew that this was a no-starter. They knew the school would say NO. They knew they wouldn't question the kid. They knew the public would find out that they wanted to question the kid.

I'm not a "false flag" type person, but this is sorta of that spectrum.

Did a kid share a certain video? Likely. Do other kids share similar videos? Likely.
Is this all trumped up to scare people? You bet!!
