If the defendant is taken away before a trial is held.
The charge was there but there was no trial. Isn't it innocent until proven guilty?

I'm no fan of dv but this isn't right and you know it. He has the right to face his accuser in court and she has the right to pursue justice. This right was taken away when ICE entered the court room to deport him. That's what should make everyone furious right now.
