Once the roving gangs start their quests for food... we will see how long this lasts.
Mainly because I would hope at some point the farmers would just do their thing and stop worrying about 'the market'. Then, we can just go to the farms and buy it directly.
Which, again, would be a major issue for the cities that are far away from any kind of agriculture.
I wonder how much longer people will allow the cities and suburbs to tell them they cannot grow their own food once this really starts to hit?
