That's precisely the point. Blaming farmers or anyone for that matter, is counterproductive. It certainly isn't wise to en masse insult them.
We need farmers. We need to change hearts and minds. Unfortunately, influence and persuasive actions are dependent upon a broad variety of factors. Plus, these individuals have to be motivated to change.
There are exactly only three types of motivation.
1. Internal, self motivation
2. External, motivation by incentives and
3. Punishment, being motivated by force.
I suspect anyone can guess which of the three I prefer.
