We need to realize that Trump does not want this, if for no other reason than the ACA is also referred to as ObamaCare, and Trump has an obsession with reversing or eradicating anything that carries his name.

I can tell you exactly what will happen.

Trump will "work" the Republicans every day between the "agreement" and the day the vote is taken.

He'll start with locker room coach pep talks, and if they don't work, he'll go directly to threats.

He will make sure that every single Republican feels that they have something to lose by voting for the extension.

So, none of them will.

But as the article says, "nothing is decided yet."
