The question I have will losing the ACA be enough for people to vote in the midterms?

If the Dems cave on this, then we will get our asses kicked in 2026 and 2028, why would we come out to vote after a betrayal like this if it's true?
All this will just prove that Dems don't stand on principles and will blame us for caving to the repigs.
