or he is doing it for the cartel that owns his criminal ass.

If he was serious, he would stop the ILLEGAL GUN/AMMUNITION smuggling from the US into Mexico where it keeps cartels in power and forces decent people to seek refuge in the US. He'd also fund the policies that help fight the conditions/social ills that contribute to people turning to drugs. Instead, he is doing somebody's bidding in a war between drug cartels and we need to find out who he is working for.
