for excessive use of force, we should demand it be investigated. Why can't local law enforcement investigate it if the Feds will not?

This needs to be challenged. The Minnesota AG needs to do more than file a law suit, lawsuits take too long to adjudicate. Run your own investigation Minnesota, you just had prosecutors resign because they were told to investigate Good's partner instead of investigating a murder. Send in the state police to police ICE, do something now.
