It's still an excellent point, regardless of whether it maintains rhetorical standards well enough to properly be described as "literally".

Lays waste to his insane assertion that there's no "written agreement". Not only IS THERE a written agreement, but at least one such agreement was one actually made with the USA directly. We blessed their sovereignty in exchange for something WE wanted from them, and indeed received.
