I lost my mother in Nov 2021. She was only 71 and we are a family with longevity genes in general. I am barely recovered.
Everything I do is dedicated to her memory as I am grimly determined to make sure I do my best by her and my dad in every way.
I was her caregiver for the first year she was ill and gave it all I had. So I understand how hard it is.
I wish you all the best with the work ahead. It took me about a year to get things in order and my mom was very organized. Good luck.

Even at 95 years old, and having years to prepare, I know it will be hard to deal with.

I understand. I've been a caregiver over a decade now, and I often think that should my love die,

We often think it will be easier, knowing they lived so long. Not so. Thank you

I've known some of you for the better part of 25 years. I trusted that you'd lift me up, and I was right!
