Could it not be a simple act of mass criminality? I think the word "terrorism" is thrown around a little too lightly these days. Let's find out who the guy is and whether he left any notes or a so-called "manifesto" (God, I hate that word, I think it's overused and wrongly used) before it's called "terrorism".
