111. I suspect that Noem's safe from prosecution while she's in the US, BUT

she’s going to have to be very choosy about which countries she visits if she decides to go abroad. I can imagine her visiting some civilized country or other and getting arrested for her crimes against the innocent. She doesn’t even have to be a tourist: she could just be changing planes.
