Staten Island Chuck, named most accurate groundhog, predicts early spring [View all]
Chuck has an 85% accuracy rating on the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's National Centers for Environmental Information's grading the groundhogs list.
Punxutawney Phil, who this morning predicted six more weeks of winter, has a 35% accuracy rating from NOAA.
