When I canceled my Autoship order because my previous shepherd, Marnie needed to be euthanized at 5 years old due to cancer, they said the Autoship had already gone out, but they would refund my money anyway. Their representative said to donate the food to a shelter in Marnie's memory. She offered her sympathy and was so kind to me. A few days later they sent me a beautiful sympathy card!
