2. there's a guy around here who does wheelies it seems whenever he can

i've only seen him on clear days and he looks to see no car (or cop) is particularly close, then he does a wheelie.
this is on my commute home, so plenty of traffic, he just feels the need for a couple car lengths distance....

shirt, but no helmet.
