Congressmen (people) had every opportunity to cast their vote for AOC - and many of them did. And, in fact - way too many of them for this to be characterized as anything like a 'party' move. The 'progressive' wing lost another (democratic) vote - and that is the sum total of what happened here. Stop making your boo-hoos and your disappointment - into 'persecution'. It's nothing of the sort. And it's tiresome.
